Marc Fast

Marc Fast
This past week in London Marc Fast had a type of model we're not all that use to in NYC as of yet. The Curvy Girl Model. The fashion world has been constantly criticized for only having skinny twiggy type models for years. Is the fashion world ready for the change? Baby steps like the ones taken by Marc Fast are needed to start a ripple effect. Marc Fast had a mix of twiggy bodyframe models and curvy girls. Some may argue clothes look better on a thin tall model because the model works as a human hanger. In my opinion the runway shows should represent real everyday women. Real women have curves which are beautiful. Hopefully NYC can learn from Marc Fast's runway and try out having at least one curvy girl in their show. One is better than none it will make a difference.
